An international programme management, owner’s representation and advisory firm.
We lead, govern and advise on complex international projects on behalf of owners — across ultra-luxury residential, high-rise, hotels, hospitality and mixed-use — with Disaster Recovery & Resilience as our flagship specialist division.
Programme leaders. Owner’s advocates.
SPGX Group is an independent international firm built around programme management, owner’s representation and strategic advisory for complex projects — capital-intensive, multi- stakeholder programmes where the stakes, complexity or consequence exceed normal delivery capacity.
Our work spans ultra-luxury residential, high-rise towers, hotels, hospitality, mixed-use and international capital projects. From that broader practice grew our flagship specialist division — SPG Disaster Recovery & Resilience — applying the same operating system to the highest-consequence programmes of all.
We are not a contractor, engineering firm, design consultant, NGO or insurer. We do not hold construction risk, design liability or insurance exposure. That separation is deliberate: it is the foundation of both the value we deliver and the integrity of our advice.
One connected system for complex programmes — applied as a flagship to recovery.
Methodology, controls, intelligence and people — engineered as a single coherent platform for owners across complex international projects, and applied as our flagship specialism through RISE™ and the Recovery Programme Office in post-event recovery and resilience.
Recovery Intelligence™
The evidence layer: structured data, documentation and analysis that supports decision-making, insurance positions and executive reporting.
Operational Intelligence Centre
Central coordination capability for live programmes — situational awareness, cadence, escalation and unified reporting across geographies.
Global Partner Network
Vetted technical, professional and specialist partners deployed under SPGX coordination — extending capacity without compromising independence.
Governance & Programme Controls
Risk, schedule, cost, quality and change controls operated to a defined standard — auditable and aligned to owner obligations.
Executive Reporting
Decision-grade reporting for boards, owners and insurers — concise, evidenced and structured to support action, not noise.

We protect your risk.
We don't hold it.
Our role is to safeguard the owner's position — commercially, technically and operationally — through every phase of a programme.
Because we hold no contractor, design or insurance liability, our advice is independent of the agendas that typically sit inside a delivery team. We are accountable to the owner, the evidence and the methodology — in that order.
That alignment is what makes owner's representation work: a single voice in the room whose interests are structurally identical to the owner's.
Built for cross-border programmes.
Three operating bases supporting clients across the Americas, Asia-Pacific and beyond.

Phoenix, Arizona
Group headquarters — executive, advisory and programme leadership for North American engagements.
El Paso, Texas
Cross-border operations base supporting US–Mexico programmes and bilingual delivery.
Bangkok, Thailand
Asia-Pacific operating base for regional programmes, partner coordination and on-the-ground execution.
Co-Founders.

Joshua Boyle
Founder & Principal
Joshua founded SPGX Group to address a structural gap on the owner's side of complex programmes: the absence of independent, methodology-led coordination accountable to the owner alone.
His work focuses on the orchestration of recovery, governance and capability uplift across international jurisdictions — bringing programme discipline to environments where ambiguity, pressure and consequence are highest.

Tony Smith
Co-Founder & Managing Director · SPGX (Thailand)
Tony Smith is a Co-Founder of SPGX Group and a construction and engineering leader whose career spans more than four decades across the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. He unites two disciplines that rarely sit in the same person: the commercial rigour of a quantity surveyor and the technical command of an MEP specialist.
Tony has led complex programmes on both the client and contractor sides of the industry. As Vice President of Project Management at PACE Development Corporation in Bangkok, he directed project and construction management across three major developments at once — the Mahanakhon Tower, MahaSamutr and Nimit Langsuan — owning programme, procurement, cost and contract delivery from design through final account. He first worked on the Mahanakhon Tower as Senior Commercial Manager with Archetype Group, and has held senior commercial appointments on landmark projects in the Middle East, including the Eastern Mangrove Hotel and Luxury Apartment Complex in the UAE and the SAMBA Bank office project in Saudi Arabia.
As Managing Director of SPGX's Thailand operations, Tony leads the firm's commercial, cost and delivery capability across Southeast Asia, keeping the owner's interest protected without ever holding construction risk. Having spent a career understanding how contractors price and protect risk, he brings owners an adviser who knows exactly where their exposure lies and how to close it. He holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying alongside qualifications in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and HVAC.
