We do not hold design liability, construction liability or risk capital. We hold the programme. That structural independence is precisely why engineers, contractors, agencies, lenders and insurers can trust us to coordinate them inside a single governed framework.

The owner retains their risk position. We protect it through governance, evidence and disciplined execution.
